Tropical Smoothie Recipe
2 fresh or dried dates
1 cup water
8 ice cubes
1 cup pineapple
juice of 1 lime
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 Tbsp unflavored protein powder (optional)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Blend ingredients together. Makes 2 large smoothies.
